Tour 1:  SSL Commonwealth District

Explore the area where South Salt Lake is developing a new downtown - the Commonwealth District. See the neighborhood that is evolving from industrial to a new urban village, centered around the Central Pointe TRAX station.

Explore a new creative industries zone that is emerging in South Salt Lake near the city's water tower.  This neighborhood that is attracting everything from arts studios, to distilleries, to townhomes and infill projects, all with an eye to preserving the unique character of the homes and businesses here.
