This infamous part of Sydney is where I live. It's ever changing, sometimes challenging, but always full of interesting people with tales to tell.
The Cross generates its fair share of stories, not always good. Most recently its a tale of a place in transition. Much has been written about the affects of lock-out laws, new residential development and a change in the types of activities on offer.
This walk will offer a chance to think about the Cross today. Are these changes for the better? Is the Cross, still the Cross? Or is this just another chapter in the areas great history or a nail in the coffin of the diversity that makes the Cross so intriguing.
